Nobody should have to choose between buying groceries or paying their utilities and getting their family members the help that they need. Unfortunately, many Hillsborough County residents are forced to make choices like these every day. 

As long as funding exists, we are here to help cover the costs of veterinary care for the pets of those who aren't able to afford full payment on their own.
